Understanding Minutes

How are minutes calculated?

Minutes are based on the final runtime of your rendered video. A 5-minute video uses 5 minutes from your allowance. Previewing, editing, and drafts don't count—only final renders.

Do failed renders count against my minutes?

No. If a render fails for any reason, no minutes are deducted. You're only charged for successfully completed videos.

Can I see how many minutes I have left?

Yes! Your remaining minutes are displayed in your dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications when you're running low.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No, unused minutes expire at the end of each billing cycle. We recommend creating more content to maximize your plan value!

Overages & Extra Minutes

What happens when I exceed my plan's minutes?

You can keep creating! Overage minutes are charged at your plan's per-minute rate. These are tallied and billed at the end of your billing cycle.

How much do overage minutes cost?

Overage rates depend on your plan: Starter ($1.20/min), Professional ($1.00/min), Business (~$0.80/min). Higher plans have lower overage rates.

Is there a limit to overages?

There's no hard cap on overages. If you consistently exceed your plan, consider upgrading to get better per-minute rates and more included minutes.

Can I buy additional minute packs?

Currently, extra usage is billed as overages. Contact sales if you need a custom plan with higher volume at better rates.

Plan Changes

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Account Settings > Billing > Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately—you'll get access to more minutes and features right away.

What happens to my minutes when I upgrade?

When you upgrade, your remaining minutes from the old plan carry over, and you receive the full minute allowance of your new plan.

How do I downgrade my plan?

You can downgrade from your billing settings. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle—you'll keep your current plan until then.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Currently, all plans are billed monthly. Contact sales if you're interested in annual billing options for potential discounts.

Payments & Invoices

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

When am I charged?

Your subscription renews on the same day each month (or annually if applicable). If that day doesn't exist in a month (e.g., the 31st), you're charged on the last day.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Account Settings > Billing > Payment Method. You can add a new card or update your existing one at any time.

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in Account Settings > Billing > Payment History. You can download PDF invoices for your records or accounting.

Do you provide invoices for business expenses?

Yes! All invoices include your plan details, dates, and amounts. You can add your company name and tax ID in your billing settings.

Cancellation & Refunds

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my videos if I cancel?

Your existing videos remain accessible and downloadable. You just won't be able to create new videos after your subscription ends.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing issues, contact support and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

Yes! You can resubscribe at any time. Your account history and saved content will still be there.
