What is Flickify?
Flickify is an AI-powered video creation platform that transforms text, URLs, and prompts into professional videos with narration, visuals, and music. It's designed for publishers, marketers, e-commerce brands, and content creators who need to produce video at scale.
Who is Flickify for?
Flickify is built for anyone with written content who wants to expand into video. This includes bloggers, news sites, e-commerce store owners, YouTube creators, agencies, and educators. If you have articles, product descriptions, or scripts, Flickify can turn them into videos.
Do I need video editing experience?
No! Flickify is designed to be intuitive for beginners. The AI handles most of the work—finding matching visuals, generating narration, and timing everything perfectly. You can make adjustments if you want, but it's not required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can sign up and explore Flickify's features. Free accounts may have watermarks or limited export options, but you can test the full creation workflow before upgrading.
Video Creation
How long does it take to create a video?
Most videos can be created in under 10 minutes. The rendering process typically takes 5-10 minutes depending on video length and complexity. Preview mode is instant, so you can check your work before final rendering.
What input methods are supported?
Flickify supports multiple input methods: paste a URL (we extract the article text), write or paste text directly, use a prompt to generate a script with AI, or upload your own voiceover audio file.
What is Automatch?
Automatch is our AI-powered feature that automatically finds stock videos and images that match your narration text. It analyzes keywords and sentiment to select relevant visuals, saving you hours of manual searching.
Can I use my own media files?
Yes! You can upload your own images, video clips, logos, and audio files. These are stored in your Media Library and can be used across all your projects.
What video formats and resolutions are available?
Videos can be exported in standard HD (1080p) quality. We support landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16 for social media), and square (1:1) aspect ratios.
Can I add subtitles or captions?
Yes! Flickify automatically generates captions synced to your narration. You can customize the styling, position, and timing of text overlays.
AI Features
What AI models power Flickify?
Flickify uses multiple AI models including advanced text-to-speech for narration, AI image and video generation (including models like Veo by Google, Sora by OpenAI, and Kling), and natural language processing for script analysis and Automatch.
What is Voice Cloning?
Voice Cloning allows you to create a digital replica of your own voice. Upload a sample recording, and our AI learns your vocal patterns. You can then use your cloned voice for all future videos without recording new audio.
What are AI Video Clips?
AI Video Clips is our generative video feature. Enter a text prompt describing the scene you want, and AI models will generate unique video footage. Great for creating B-roll, intros, or scenes that don't exist in stock libraries.
How many AI narrator voices are available?
We offer 50+ AI narrator voices across different genders, ages, accents, and languages. Each voice sounds natural and professional, not robotic.
Billing & Plans
How are "minutes" calculated?
Minutes are deducted based on the final runtime of your rendered video. If you create a 3-minute video, 3 minutes are used from your monthly allowance. Previewing and editing do not count against your minutes.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?
You can continue creating videos! Overage minutes are charged at your plan's per-minute rate (e.g., $1.20/min for Starter, $1.00/min for Professional). Overages are billed at the end of your billing cycle.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to more minutes and features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing issues, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Technical & Integration
What is Autopilot?
Autopilot is our automation feature that creates videos on a schedule. Connect Google Analytics, set rules (e.g., "convert articles with 500+ pageviews"), and Flickify will automatically create and optionally publish videos without manual intervention.
Which platforms can I publish to directly?
Flickify integrates with YouTube and Humix for direct publishing. You can also download videos and manually upload them anywhere—TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, your website, etc.
How do I connect Google Analytics?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Analytics and follow the OAuth flow. Once connected, Flickify can read your pageview data to identify high-performing content for video conversion.
Do you have an API?
Enterprise customers have access to our API for programmatic video creation. Contact our sales team for API documentation and pricing.
What browsers are supported?
Flickify works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.
Content & Copyright
Who owns the videos I create?
You do! Videos created with Flickify belong to you. You can use them commercially, monetize them, and distribute them however you like.
Are the stock images and videos royalty-free?
Yes. All media from our stock library is licensed for commercial use in your Flickify videos. You don't need to worry about additional licensing fees.
Can I use AI-generated content commercially?
Yes. AI-generated narration, images, and video clips created through Flickify are yours to use commercially. Check our Terms of Service for full details.
Is my content used to train AI models?
Your scripts and proprietary content are not used to train public AI models. We use your inputs solely to generate your requested video content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
