Automatch uses AI to analyze your narration and automatically find relevant visuals from our stock library. Save hours of manual searching.

How to Use Automatch

Select Your Slide

Click on the slide where you want to add or change the visual. Make sure the slide has narration text, as Automatch uses this to find relevant media.

Open the Automatch Tool

Click the 'Automatch' button in the slide editing panel, or right-click on the slide and select 'Automatch Media' from the context menu.

Let AI Analyze Your Content

Automatch reads your narration text and identifies key topics, objects, and concepts. It then searches our stock library for matching visuals.

Review Suggestions

You'll see a grid of suggested images and video clips. Each suggestion is ranked by relevance to your narration content.

Tips

Scroll through all suggestions before choosing
Look for visuals that complement, not duplicate, your text
Consider the emotional tone of the image

Select Your Media

Click on any suggestion to preview it on your slide. If you like it, click 'Apply' to confirm. You can also click 'More Options' to see additional matches.

Fine-Tune if Needed

After applying, you can adjust the media position, add filters, or manually search for alternatives if the suggestions don't quite fit.

Best when: When you want to hand-pick visuals for important slides

Bulk Automatch

Apply Automatch to all slides at once. Great for quick first drafts.

Best when: When starting a new project and need visuals fast

Empty Slides Only

Only apply to slides without media, keeping your existing selections intact.

Best when: When you've already set some visuals and want to fill gaps

Tips for Better Results

Write Descriptive Narration

Automatch works best with specific, descriptive text. 'A red sports car' finds better matches than 'a vehicle'.

Use Concrete Nouns

Include objects, places, and things in your narration. Abstract concepts are harder to match visually.

Review All Suggestions

The first suggestion isn't always the best. Scroll through options to find the perfect fit.

Combine with Manual Search

If Automatch doesn't find what you need, use manual search with different keywords.
