Pro Tips for Better Audio
Match the Mood
Choose music that reinforces your message. Upbeat for promotional, calm for educational, dramatic for storytelling.
Consider Your Audience
Corporate videos work well with subtle, professional tracks. Consumer content can be more energetic and trendy.
Don't Overpower Narration
Keep music volume low enough that every word of narration is clearly audible. Usually 20-30% volume works best.
Use Instrumental Tracks
Avoid tracks with lyrics as they can compete with your narration and distract viewers from your message.
Recommended Volume Levels
Keep music subtle so narration is crystal clear
Music can be more prominent when there's no voiceover
Boost volume during non-speaking sections for impact
